Takahiro went to DCAI2010 held in Valencia, Spain, 7th - 10th September 2010.
It is an international conference focused on artificial intelligence and its application.
In the first prototype of our VM packing system, we exploit a GA (Genetic Algorithm) technique to find out optimal VM locations in (hopefully) short calculation time.
Takahiro gave our preliminary results and first impression about GA-driven VM packing.
